Do you mean that you didn't receive Gauntlet rewards at all? Or do you mean that you received them for an incorrect position?

This was for the just finished Gauntlet season (15. - 22. 11. 2021).
I was rewarder for position 422 with 30 000 Fusion Coins, 1 purple engine and 50 Gauntlet coins instead of reward for position one in elite Gauntlet league.
You could see my reward in attachment.

but how is this possible? Did I really finished on position 422? with more than 1700 points in the league?
This could not be possible. Please check your servers again. There was a lot of problems over the weekend.

But, lets take that fact that I have finished at that position.
Then my question is what happened in last 4 hours before season ends?
When season ends, I had slept, because in my country that is after midnight.
So I kindly ask you to tell me how many points did I have at the end of season. And what happened that I have dropped do badly.

So then please check last four hours and check the time when I was last time on first place.
According to you answers I guess that you didn't give so much effort my case.
Is it possible to proceed with someone more reasonable?
The fact is when I check last time I was P1. Another day when I turn off my computer I was on position 488.
My question is how??
